摘要
炭渣是电解铝生产的附属产物,因其具有浸出毒性须按危险废物进行管理与处置。本文介绍了炭渣的来源,分析了其对生产与生态环境的危害,从减量化、资源化与无害化视角综述了近年来炭渣污染防治技术的研究进展及应用现状,并对污染防治技术及应用的发展提出了建议,以期早日实现炭渣绿色高效处理,助力电解铝产业绿色发展。
Carbon slag is an accessory product of electrolytic aluminum production.It should be treated as hazardous waste because of its leaching toxicity.This paper introduces the sources of carbon slag,analyzes its harm to production and ecological environment,reviews the research progress and application status of carbon slag pollution prevention technology from the perspective of reduction,resourceization and harmlessness,and proposes suggestions for the development of the above technology and application in order to realize green and efficient treatment of carbon slag and help the green development of electrolytic aluminum industry as soon as possible.
