摘要
文章介绍了生物降解塑料的历史、主要品种及生物降解机理研究现状、主要共混研究进展;生物降解塑料主要品种包括淀粉基塑料、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS);梳理了工业生产现状及主要应用;介绍了国际国内限制传统塑料的法律法规;讨论了生物降解塑料应用的局限性,废物处理方式必须符合认证的检测标准,才被认为对环境友好;2021年生物降解塑料的产量约是传统塑料的0.4%,研究和应用前景广阔。
This paper reviewed history,major products and biodegradable mechanism research,and current research progress of blends of biodegradable plastics.Major biodegradable plastic raw materials include starch,PLA(polylactic acid),PHA(polyhydroxyalkanoate),PBAT(poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate),and PBS(polybutylene succinate).Major manufacturers and applications of biodegradable plastics are summarized and laws against plastics pollution around the world are introduced.The disadvantages of biodegradable plastics are discussed,therefore correct disposal methods,passing relative standards,of biodegradable plastics are essential for being regard as environmentally friendly products.The production capacity of biodegradable plastics in 2021 is about 0.4%of that of the traditional plastics worldwide and more research and applications in the f ield are expected.
