摘要
“看病难”问题归根究底,是医院内部人力资源紧张,加之国内患源增长率不断升高,暴露出我国医疗资源较紧张的问题。本文以南方医科大学顺德医院)为例,总结本院利用社会资源促医疗服务提质增效的策略与取得的成果,并以本院医疗服务改革模式为对照,总结国内其他医院利用社会资源促医疗服务提质增效工作中存在的一些问题,如慈善资源助力不足、社工机构利用不足、志愿者队伍管理欠佳等,提出应对之策,希望为读者在相关领域的研究提供一些帮助。
The problem of"difficulty in accessing medical care"is ultimately a result of human resource constraint within hospitals,coupled with the increasing growth rate of domestic patient population,which exposes the relatively nervous of medical resources in China.This paper takes Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University as an example to summarize the strategies and achievements of our hospital in using social resources to promote the quality and efficiency of medical services.It also takes our hospital's medical service reform model as a comparison and summarizes some problems in the use of social resources to promote the quality and efficiency of medical services in other hospitals in China,such as insufficient help from charitable resources,insufficient use of social work agencies,and poor management of volunteer teams,and proposes countermeasures,hoping to provide some help for readers'research in related fields.
