SBAR沟通模式用于神经外科护士交接班管理的效果分析

摘要 目的分析在神经外科护士交接班管理中实施SBAR沟通模式的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月石门县人民医院的管理人员20名作为研究对象,于2021年1—6月实施常规护士交接班管理(对照组);于2021年7—12月应用SBAR沟通模式交接班管理(观察组),比较两种管理模式的管理效果。结果观察组护士的交接班效果及交接班知识知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科护士交接班管理当中应用SBAR沟通模式的效果显著,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of implementing SBAR communication model in the management of neurosurgical nurses'handover.Methods 20 managers in the Shimen County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,implemented routine nurse shift managementfrom January to June 2021(control group),applied SBAR communication mode shift management from July to December 2021(observation group).To compared the management effect of the two management modes.Results The handover effect and the knowledge rate of handover of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying SBAR communication model in the management of handover of neurosurgical nurses is significant and worth promoting.
