摘要
为提高油田中后期注水开采效果,各油田均已采用精细化分层注水。精细化分层注水不仅要求井下测调仪器具有精细的调节功能,同时还要进行准确的流量测量。研制了一种注水测调仪器流量测量系统,采用TDC-GP22超声流量芯片,优化流量测量算法,解决了流量测量精度难题;同时采用开关霍尔传感器感应调节头旋转的角度,实现了注水水嘴开度的准确调节。室内实验和现场应用表明,该设计符合测量精度要求,满足现场注水测调测井的需要。
In order to improve the effect of water injection in the middle and late stages of oilfields,fine layered water injection has been adopted,which requires not only fine adjustment function of downhole measurement and adjustment instruments,but also accurate flow measurement.A flow measurement system for water injection measuring and adjusting instrument was developed.By using TDC-GP22 ultrasonic flow chip and optimizing flow measurement algorithm,the problem of flow measurement accuracy was solved.At the same time,the switch Hall sensor was used to sense the rotation angle of the adjustment head,thus the accurate adjustment of water nozzle opening was realized.Laboratory experiments and field applications show that the designed system meets the accuracy requirements of measurement and meets the needs of field water injection testing,adjustment and logging.
