摘要
为了进一步提高超声波流量计的精度和稳定性,在时差法测量原理的基础上,推导了新的测量公式,该公式可以消除由温度引起的流速非线性误差。此外,利用TDC-GP22最新的第一波检测功能,可以判断超声波信号质量,排除由于扰流或气泡造成的测量误差。最后,对于由管道造成的非线性误差需要在出厂时用3K系数法进行标定。通过以上改进研制的新型流量计,实验结果证明其获得了良好的测量结果。
In order to further improve the precision and stability of the ultrasonic flowmeter,based on the principle of measuring the time-difference method,the new measurement formula is deduced,the formula can eliminate the non-linear error caused by temperature velocity.In addition,the use of TDC-GP22 latest first wave detection function,can judge the ultrasonic signal quality,eliminate the error of measurement caused by turbulence or bubble.Finally,for the non-linear error caused by pipe need to be in the deal with 3k-coefficient method for calibration.
