摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的实施与不断推进,各级政府决策难度不断加大,政府对决策咨询、技术支持的需求日益高涨,乡村振兴的深化越来越需要科学创新和智力支持。本文聚焦于济南市乡村振兴,首先,对国内外智库的发展状况进行简单阐述,进而对本文所研究的新型智库进行概念界定;其次,通过对济南市的深入实地调研研究,探讨目前高校智库参与乡村产业振兴的现状及面临的主要问题,并对其面临困境的原因进行分析;最后找到提升路径及方法。
With the implementation and sequential promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the difficulty of making policy for governments at all levels is constantly increasing,and the demand of the consultation and technical support of making policy for government has been on the rise.To deepen the rural revitalization,the more and more scientific innovation and intellectual support are increasingly required.In this paper,the rural revitalization of Jinan City is focused and analyzed as below:Firstly,the development of think tank at home and abroad is briefly expounded,and then the concept of the type of think tank studied in this paper is redefined.Secondly,the current situation and main problems of university think tanks participating in the revitalization of rural industry are discussed,based on the in-depth research and field investigation in Jinan City,and the reasons of resulting in these difficulties are further analyzed.Finally,the improved paths and promoted methods are founded too.
