摘要
为研究民用建筑机电BIM正向设计的实用性,通过某超高层建筑的机电BIM正向设计实践,分析民用建筑BIM机电正向设计的优势及存在的问题。结果表明,民用建筑BIM机电正向设计可优化设计建模环节,降低协调沟通的时间成本,但同时也存在缺乏统一标准、人员投入大等问题。
In order to study the practicality of BIM forward design for civil building M&E,the advantages and problems of BIM forward design for civil building M&E were analyzed through the M&E BIM forward design practice of a super high-rise building.The results indicated that BIM MEP forward design for civil buildings could optimize the design modeling link and reduce the time cost of coordination and communication,but also had problems such as lack of uniform standards and large personnel input.
