摘要
目的探讨凯格尔训练护理模式联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日在恩施土家族苗族自治州民族医院泌尿外科、男科就诊的100例慢性前列腺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组每日定时口服宁泌泰胶囊,试验组在对照组基础上每日进行30min凯格尔训练,3个月后对两组美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、尿流率进行比较。结果治疗后,两组NIH-CPSI评分、尿流率较治疗前均明显显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组NIH-CPSI评分、尿流率较对照组改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准凯格尔训练护理模式联合宁泌泰胶囊较单一口服药物治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床效果更好,患者症状得到明显缓解。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Kegel training nursing mode combined with Ningmitai capsules in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic prostatitis who visited the Department of Urology and Department of Andrology of the National Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 were selected.According to the method of random number table,patients were divided into the experimental group of 50 cases and the control group of 50 cases.The patients in the control group took Ningmitai capsules regularly every day,and the experimental group received Kegel training for 30 minutes on the basis of the control group.Comparison of national institutes of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI)score,urinary flow rate between the two groups of patients.Results The NIH-CPSI score,urine flow rate of the experimental group and control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIH-CPSI score and urinary flow rate of the experimental group patients improved more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Standard Kegel training nursing mode combined with Ningmitai capsules has better clinical effect than single oral drug in the treatment of typeⅢprostatitis,and the symptoms of patients are significantly relieved.
