摘要
目的探讨标准作业流程对人工种植牙患者种植成功率及护理质量的影响。方法以随机数表法将79例人工种植牙患者分为观察组(n=41,标准作业流程)和对照组(n=38,常规护理)。比较两组种植成功率及护理质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组种植成功率更高(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组NAS评分均升高且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准作业流程可提高人工种植牙患者种植成功率及护理质量。
Objective This paper aims to explore the influence of standard operating procedures on the success rate of artificial dental implants and nursing quality.Methods 79 patients with artificial dental implants were randomly divided into observation group(n=41,standard operating procedure)and control group(n=38,routine nursing).The success rate of planting and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the success rate of planting in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with that before nursing,the NAS scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standard operating procedures can improve the success rate of artificial dental implants and nursing quality.
