摘要
目的分析2021年永安市小学生龋齿患病情况及影响因素。方法随机选取永安市2021年1—12月的623名小学生为研究对象,检查该组小学生的龋齿患病情况,并通过问卷调查方式对在校小学生及其家长进行调查分析,了解小学生龋齿患病影响因素。结果本次调查共计发放623份调查问卷,回收有效问卷617份,回收有效率为99.04%,617名小学生中有401名存在不同程度的龋齿,龋齿患病率为64.99%。通过分析龋齿患儿的年龄发现,年龄越小,龋齿发病率也越高(P<0.05);通过分析小学生家长的文化程度发现,学生家长文化程度越高,龋齿患病率越低(P<0.05);存在刷牙习惯的小学生龋齿患病率明显低于无刷牙习惯的小学生(P<0.05);睡前进食甜食、经常进食甜食的小学生龋齿患病率明显高于睡前无进食甜食及进食甜食较少的小学生(P<0.05);经常饮用碳酸饮料的小学生龋齿患病率明显高于碳酸饮料饮用频率低的小学生(P<0.05);近1年中有接受相关口腔检查的小学生龋齿患病率明显低于近1年中无接受相关口腔检查的小学生(P<0.05),Logistic回归分析结果显示,小学生龋齿患病的影响因素主要为学生年龄、学生家长文化程度、无刷牙习惯、经常饮用碳酸饮料、睡前进食甜食、经常进食甜食、未开展口腔检查。结论永安市小学生龋齿患病情况较为严重,影响小学生龋齿患病因素包括:学生年龄、学生家长文化程度、无刷牙习惯、经常饮用碳酸饮料、睡前进食甜食、经常进食甜食、未开展口腔检查,因此需引起学生家长的重视,积极从日常生活管理入手,预防和减少小儿龋齿的发生。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of dental caries among pupils in Yong’an city in 2021.Methods A total of 623 primary school students from January to December 2021 in Yong’an city were randomly selected as the research object to check the prevalence of dental caries in this group of primary school students,and investigated and analyzed the primary school students and their parents by questionnaire to understand the influencing factors of dental caries in primary school students.Results A total of 623 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 617 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 99.04%.Among 617 pupils,401 had dental caries of varying degrees,with a prevalence rate of 64.99%.By analyzing the age of children with dental caries,we found that the younger the age,the higher the incidence rate of dental caries(P<0.05).By analyzing the educational level of pupils’parents,it was found that the higher the educational level of pupils’parents,the lower the prevalence of dental caries(P<0.05).The prevalence of dental caries in pupils with tooth brushing habits was significantly lower than that in pupils without tooth brushing habits(P<0.05),and the prevalence of dental caries in pupils who ate sweets before bed and often ate sweets was significantly higher than that in pupils who did not eat sweets before bed and ate fewer sweets(P<0.05).The prevalence of dental caries in pupils who often drank carbonated drinks was significantly higher than that in pupils who drank carbonated drinks less frequently(P<0.05).The prevalence of dental caries among pupils who received relevant oral examinations in the past year was significantly lower than that among pupils who did not receive relevant oral examinations in the past year(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of dental caries among pupils were mainly students’age,parents’educational level,no habit of brushing teeth,regular consumption of carbonated drinks,sweet
