摘要
目的了解深圳市4~16岁儿童的健康状况,为制定适合本市实际情况的卫生干预措施提供科学依据。方法选取2021年2月1日-2021年2月29日在南方医科大学深圳医院体检中心进行体检的4~16岁儿童1393名作为研究对象。受试者分别在眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、骨科、皮肤科进行体检,并对体检结果进行分析。结果1393名研究对象中,分别在眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、皮肤科和骨科体检发现的患病率最高的疾病分别为屈光不正、变应性鼻炎、龋齿、冬季皮炎和扁平足,其患病率分别为38.05%、2.30%、41.64%、28.72%和14.07%。结论深圳市儿童屈光不正、龋齿等疾病多见。要采取各种预防措施,定期体检,及早发现疾病,积极治疗措施,确保儿童和青少年的健康发展和成长。
Objective To investigate the health status of children and adolescents aged 4 to 16 in Shenzhen and provide scientific basis for the formulation of health intervention measures suitable for the actual situation of the city.Methods A total of 1393 children aged from 4 to 16 years who underwent physical examination in the Physical Examination Center of Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University on February,2021 were selected as the research subjects.The subjects underwent physical examinations at the Department of Ophthalmology,Otolaryngology,Stomatology,Orthopedics and Dermatology,respectively,and the physical examination results were analyzed.Results Among the 1393 subjects,the diseases with the highest prevalence found in ophthalmology,otolaryngology,stomatology,orthopedics and dermatology were refractive error,allergic rhinitis,dental caries,winter dermatitis and flat foot,respectively,and their prevalence was 38.05%,2.30%,41.64%,28.72%and 14.07%,respectively.Conclusion Refractive error,dental caries and other diseases are common in children in Shenzhen.It is necessary to take various measures for prevention,such as regular physical examination,early detection of diseases,and active treatment measures to ensure the healthy development and growth of children and adolescents.
