摘要
设计性实验是综合多门学科知识和实验原理来设计实验方案,要求学生能充分利用所学知识,去发现问题、解决问题。高效液相色谱仪为药学专业学生常用分析测试仪器,通过设计性实验方案,训练学生文献检索、实验方案设计、仪器使用、数据分析及论文撰写等多方面能力。实践结果表明,基于设计性的高校液相实验教学能够启发学生的积极性,激发学生的学习热情,有效提高实验教学质量。
Designing experiment is to design an experiment scheme by integrating multiple disciplines and experimental principles.It requires students to make full use of the knowledge they have learned to find and solve problems.High performance liquid chromatograph is a commonly used analytical and testing instrument for pharmaceutical students.Through a designed experimental program,students will be trained in literature retrieval,experimental program design,instrument use,data analysis and thesis writing.The practice results show that the designed liquid phase experiment teaching in colleges and universities can inspire students'enthusiasm,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,and effectively improve the quality of experiment teaching.
