茶渣污泥基活性炭的制备及其在COD_(Cr)废水吸附中的应用

摘要 以黑茶渣和生活污泥为原料,以碘吸附为主要参考指标,采用KOH作为制备活化剂,改变温度、配比、活化时间和活化剂浓度等,将污泥和茶渣放入马弗炉进行炭化和活化,探究其最佳制备条件。实验得出,700℃的活化温度,1∶4的污泥茶渣配比,1h的活化时间,50%的KOH溶液为茶渣污泥基活性炭的最佳制备条件。以最佳制备条件制备的活性炭,通过改变活性炭的投加量、振荡温度、吸附质pH三个条件,研究其对去除水中COD_(Cr)的影响效果。 Black tea residue and domestic sludge were used as raw materials,iodine adsorption was used as the main reference index,KOH was used as the preparation activator,the temperature,ratio,activation time and activator concentration were changed,and the sludge and tea residue placed in Muffle furnace were carbonized and activated to explore the best preparation conditions.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of tea residue sludge-based activated carbon were as follows:activation temperature of 700℃,ratio of sludge and tea residue 1∶4,activation time of 1 h,and 50%KOH solution.The effect of activated carbon prepared under the best preparation conditions on the removal of COD_(Cr)from water was studied by changing the dosage of activated carbon,oscillation temperature and pH of adsorbent.
