摘要
通过磨粉搅拌震荡的方式将干猪粪与秸秆原料粉末按5:1的质量比混合,采用0.8 mol/L的KOH溶液和氮气一同作用的物理化学活化法来进行制备复合活性炭,并用于吸附溶液中的Cr^(6+)实验。结果表明,以1:5的浸渍比在活化剂中浸泡18 h,再在管式炉内以15℃/min的速度提升温度至600℃热解60 min,于该条件下制得的复合炭活性效果良好,其碘吸附值、比表面积分别为598.3 mg/g和273.6 m^2/g,较之商品活性炭略有不及;成孔以中孔为主,平均孔径为5.149 nm。当100 m L初始质量浓度为50 mg/L的Cr^(6+)溶液调节p H为2时,向其中投加0.5 g复合活性炭并恒温震荡90 min时吸附效果最好,在此条件下Cr^(6+)的去除率可达99.8%。
Composite activated carbon was prepared by mixing pig manure and straw raw material powder through grind, stir and shock, and the mass ratio of them was 5:1, then through physical-chemical activation method by 0.8 mol/L KOH solution and nitrogen. The prepared composite activated carbon was used to adsorb Cr6+ in the solution. The result showed that, the prepared composite activated carbon had good characters when soaking for 18 h with 1:5 of impregnation ratio firstly, then pyrolyzing 60 min in tube furnace with 15 ℃/min of beating rate to 600 ℃. The iodine adsorption value and surface area of activated carbon were 598.3 mg/g and 273.6 m2/g respectively, which was slight less than commercial activated carbon. The main pore was mesopore, the average pore size was 5.149 nm. The best.adsorbent conditions were as follows: adsorption time was 90 min, initial mass concentration of Cr6+was 50mg/L, activated carbon dosage was 0.5 g, pH of solution was 2. Under this condition the removal rate of Cr6+ could achieve 99.8%.
