斜拉式免支撑顶板后浇带施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统顶板后浇带施工工艺特点,提出一种斜拉式免支撑顶板后浇带施工技术。预埋拉钩和拉结钢筋组成斜拉体系,约束后浇带悬挑结构因自重荷载导致的变形;在后浇带两侧悬挑结构中嵌入桁架板,作为后浇带混凝土浇筑底模;利用数值模拟验证方法的可靠性并将其应用于实际工程中。结果表明,该方法能在保证施工质量的前提下免除支撑脚手架体的搭设,提高架体材料周转率;节省施工空间,为后浇带附近其他工序的交叉施工提供便利。 Aiming at the characteristics of traditional roof post-casting belt construction technology,a construction technology of inclined-pull type support-free roof post-casting belt is proposed.Pre-embedded hooks and tie bars form a cable-stayed system to constrain the deformation of post-cast cantilever structure due to self-weight load.The truss slabs are embedded in the cantilever structure on both sides of the post-casting belt as the bottom form for the concrete pouring of the post-casting belt.Verify the reliability of the method by means of numerical simulation and apply it to practical engineering.This method can avoid the erection of supporting scaffolding under the premise of ensuring the construction quality,improve the material turnover rate of the scaffolding,save the construction space,and provide convenience for the cross-construction of other processes near the post-casting belt.
