摘要
以某大桥建设的工程要求为研究背景,深入研究高性能泵送混凝土的配合比设计方法,结合工程中混凝土的应用特点,对C50混凝土进行了配合比设计和试验研究。结果表明,大桥工程用的高性能泵送混凝土应结合工程特点确定合理的坍落度范围,并基于设计强度确定计算配合比;在基础上,通过对不同基准配合比进行了抗氯离子渗透性、干缩性能进行试验研究,发现水泥用量大的配合比未必利于混凝土拌合物的进一步密实,而适当掺量的粉煤灰可提高混凝土的抗氯离子的渗透性能,并提高混凝土的体积稳定性,根据试验结果推荐了最佳的混凝土配合比设计参数,试验结果表明拌合物各项性能指标均达到高性能泵送混凝土的设计要求,可用于大桥工程的混凝土使用。
This paper takes the engineering requirements of a bridge construction as the research background,and thoroughly studies the proportional design method of high-performance pumped concrete,combining the application characteristics of concrete in the project,and conducts the proportional design and experimental research on C50 concrete.The results show that the high-performance pumped concrete for the bridge project should be combined with the engineering characteristics to determine a reasonable slump range,and determine the calculation ratio based on the design strength.Based on this,by carrying out experimental research on the chloride ion penetration resistance and dry shrinkage performance of different benchmark ratios,it is found that the ratio with large cement dosage may not be conducive to the further compacting of the concrete mix,while the appropriate amount of fly ash can improve.According to the test results,the best concrete mix design parameters were recommended,and the test results showed that all the performance indexes of the mix met design requirements of high performance pumped concrete,which can be used in concrete of the bridge project.
