摘要
文中结合广西六宾高速新寨隧道洞口富水全风化花岗岩浅埋段双液注浆施工情况,通过不断调整水泥、水玻璃的材料、配合比、注浆压力、注浆速度等参数,总结分析数据,并在此基础上优化注浆工艺,在保证安全的前提下,可穿过复杂软弱地段,提升双液注浆技术穿过花岗岩隧道施工效率,满足设计要求,为后续工程提供一定参考。
Combined with Guangxi six guest high-speed new village tunnel hole full weathered granite shallow section of double liquid grouting construction,through constant adjustment of cement,water glass material,mix ratio,grouting pressure,grouting speed and other parameters,summarize analysis data,and on the basis of the grouting process optimization,security premise,can through the complex weak section,to improve the double liquid grouting technology through the granite tunnel construction efficiency,meet the design requirements,to provide certain reference value for subsequent engineering.
