摘要
5S管理即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养的管理方式。分析竹家缘工贸有限公司生产流程存在的问题,运用5S管理理论提出相应的解决方案。并获得实践经验,以期为相关企业提供参考。
5S management refers to sorting,rectification,cleaning,cleaning and quality.By discussing and applying 5S management theory to some problems existing in the production process of Zhujiayuanmao enterprises in Lingyao Township of Zhenghe County,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions and obtains effective practical experience,hoping to provide reference for related enterprises.
