老年2型糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗的效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨使用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法 随机选取2019年10月—2021年10月期间滕州市中医医院内分泌科收治的80例2型糖尿病老年患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍联合治疗。对比两组患者治疗后血糖相关指标、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组SOD、GSH-PX、MDA指标之间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组SOD、GSH-PX较对照组更高,MDA较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率为5.00%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论 对老年2型糖尿病患者使用甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗后,可改善患者的血糖水平,对机体氧化应激状态有所减轻,控制病情发展,具有显著的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of combination of Glargine Insulin and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metformin,and the observation group was treated with Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin.The blood glucose related indexes,superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),malondialdehyde(MDA)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin of observation group of patients were lower compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of SOD,GSH-PX,and MDA indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the SOD and GSH-PX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while MDA was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group 5.00%was lower than that of the control group of 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic patients with Glargine Insulin and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets improves the patients'blood glucose levels,reduces the oxidative stress state of the body,and controls the progression of the disease,with significant therapeutic effects.
