法国交叉学科研究机构评估的制度变迁与指标体系 被引量:6

摘要 伴随大量研究成果的出现,交叉学科已成为时下国内外学术界关注的焦点,而评估则是其中较少关注的领域,且鲜有系统、完整及可操作性的评估标准引导交叉学科研究机构提升发展的深度、广度与拓展社会影响力。而交叉学科的发展离不开孵化多学科—交叉学科—跨学科过渡发展的研究情境与制度空间。本文通过法国政策文本与教育法典等的文献研究,以法国交叉学科研究机构评估为主要研究对象。通过对法国交叉学科评估的质性方法转向、专项评估流程及评估标准与指标体系的探究,本研究发现法国逐步建立了以质性方法为主的独立的交叉学科评估体系与流程,并建立了结合质量标准的指标体系。这一专项交叉学科研究机构的评估指标体系有力地推动了法国交叉学科的孵化、深度发展及交叉学科实体单位提升其社会影响力。 Interdisciplinary research has become the focus of attention in academic circles both at home and abroad,accompanied by a growing body of publication.Evaluation,however,remains one of the areas of less concern,and there are few systematic,complete,and operational evaluation criteria to orientate the depth,breadth,and social influence of interdisciplinary development.The development of interdisciplinary is inseparable from the research context and institutional space for incubating the transitional development of multidisciplinary—interdisciplinary—interdisciplinary development.Through literature research of French policy documents and codes of education,this paper takes the evaluation of interdisciplinary institutions in French as the main research object.Through an exploration of the transformation of the qualitative method,the specialized evaluation processes,and the evaluation criteria and indicator systems of interdisciplinary evaluation in France,it is found that France has gradually established an independent interdisciplinary evaluation system and process based on qualitative methods,and established an indicator system in combination with quality criteria.The evaluation index system of this specialized interdisciplinary research institution has effectively promoted the incubation and development of interdisciplinary research in France,as well as the social influence of interdisciplinary entities.
