摘要
既有的学科评价多遵循“外塑”式的评价逻辑,形成了外部主体主导与评价话语权的垄断、“局外人”立场与评价内容的偏颇、外部服务导向与评价结果的异化等现象,学科评价偏离于学科发展。立足高等教育内涵式发展,我国学科评价应从学科之外走向学科之内,朝着“内生”式学科评价转变,回归学科建设场域,以反映学科建设真实状态为评价起点,基于多元利益相关者交流协作,共同建构评价体系、开展评价活动,为学科建设持续改进提供客观、有效的信息支持。推进学科评价从“外塑”走向“内生”,需要从简单评价思维转向复杂评价思维,增强高校学科建设主体在评价中的参与度和话语权,推进学科评价的数字化和智能化。
The existing discipline evaluation mostly follows the logic of"external"evaluation,which has re-sulted in the phenomena such as the domination of extemal subjects and the monopoly of evaluation dis-course,the position of"outsiders"and the bias of evaluation content,as well as the alienation of external service orientation from evaluation results,making the discipline evaluation deviate from the develop-ment of disciplines.Based on the connotative development of higher education,Chinars discipline evalua-tion should move from outside to inside the discipline and shift towards"endogenous"discipline evalua-tion,returning to the field of discipline construction and taking the reflection of the real state of discipline construction as the starting point of evaluation.Based on the exchange and collaboration of multiple stakeholders,it is advisable to jointly construct the evaluation system,carry out evaluation activities,and provide objective and effective information support for the continuous improvement of discipline construc-tion.To promote discipline evaluation from"exteral"to"endogenous",it is necessary to shift from simple evaluation thinking to complex evaluation thinking,to enhance the participation and voice of the main body of university discipline construction in the evaluation,and to promote the digitization and intelli-gence of discipline evaluation.
