摘要
随着全过程工程咨询的推广,在全球碳减排的大趋势下,总承包管理企业应充分认识到技术管理是贯穿项目管理全过程的脉络,以设计管理为支撑,积极拓展咨询服务项目。本文分析电力项目的特点,探讨全过程工程咨询的内涵,以越南某BOT项目为例分析以设计管理为主导的总承包项目管理向全过程工程咨询拓展的可行性。
With the promotion of whole-process engineering consultation and the general trend of global carbon emission reduction,EPC project management enterprises should fully realize that technology management is the core of the whole process of project management,and actively expand consulting services with the support of design management.This paper analyzes the characteristics of domestic and overseas power projects,discusses the connotation of whole-process engineering consulting,and takes a BOT project in Vietnam as an example to analyze the feasibility of extending EPC project management led by design management to whole-process engineering consulting.
