摘要
目前,设计院转型承担总承包业务越来越多,文章表述了设计、采购、施工总承包中三个过程之间的相互关系,对设计院承担总承包业务具有一定的参考价值。
At present, more and more design institutes engage in EPC projects. The relationship of engineering, procurement and construction is presented in this paper, which may benefit such design institutes in undertaking EPC projects.
