摘要
目的探究化痰解郁安神汤联合中医情志疗法治疗失眠伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法简单随机选取2020年2月—2021年2月在包头市第六医院就诊的失眠伴抑郁症患者80例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予化痰解郁安神汤治疗,并给予常规心理辅导;在对照组治疗方法基础上,观察组采取中医情志疗法治疗。统计两组SAS、SDS、PSQI以及SF-36评分。结果干预后观察组患者的SAS评分(32.18±2.96)分、SDS评分(39.48±2.73)分、PSQI评分(6.04±0.71)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.612、17.024、17.338,P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对失眠伴抑郁症患者采用化痰解郁安神汤联合中医情志疗法治疗,可有效改善情绪状态以及睡眠质量,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huatan Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy in the treatment of insomnia with depression.Methods 80 patients with insomnia and depression who were treated in the Sixth Hospital of Baotou City from February 2020 to February 2021 were simple randomly selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Huatan Jieyu Anshen Decoction and routine psychological counseling was given;on the basis of the control group's treatment method,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy.Calculated the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI,and SF-36 in both groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score(32.18±2.96)points,SDS score(39.48±2.73)points,and PSQI score(6.04±0.71)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.612,17.024,17.338,P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with insomnia and depression,the treatment of Huatan Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with TCM emotional therapy can effectively improve the emotional state and sleep quality,and improve the quality of life.
