摘要
社区公共卫生事件管理与护理教学对促进社会和谐稳定的发展具有重要的实践价值。传统的社区管理与教学以专科护理出发,教学内容局限,缺乏学科之间的协作,其系统性和完整性存在不足,忽略了思想政治素养、人文素养等方面综合能力的教育与培养。作者提出了基于整合医学的社区公共卫生事件管理和护理教学改革策略,建立基于整合医学的“风险感知-应急准备-管理与护理”的应急管理与社区护理教学体系,全过程融入科技应用能力教学、国家体制优势的教学,重视中华民族文化力量的教学,以及思政教育与人文素养培养等,使学生不仅在专业理论知识和实践技能水平方面得以提升,还在学习态度、人文素养、坚定“四个自信”等方面得到成长,优化了教学效果,达到了教学目标。由此形成的新型的社区公共卫生事件管理和护理教学模式和实施路径,为社区护理教学改革的未来发展奠定了基础。
The management of community public health events and nursing teaching have important practical value in promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.Traditional community management and teaching are based on specialized nursing,with limited teaching content and lack of inter-disciplinary cooperation,its systematicness and completeness are insufficient,and the education and cultivation of comprehensive abilities in ideological and political literacy and humanistic literacy are neglected.The author puts forward the integration based on integrated medical community public health event management and nursing teaching reform strategy,establish based on the integration of medical“risk perception-emergency preparedness-management and nursing”emergency management and community nursing teaching system,the whole process of science and technology application ability teaching,national system advantage of teaching,attaches great importance to the teaching of the Chinese nation culture power,and ideological education and humanistic cultivation,make the students not only in professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills level,but also in the learning attitude,humanistic accomplishment,firm“four confidence”growth,optimize the teaching effect,achieved the teaching goal.The new mode and implementation path of community public health event management and nursing teaching have laid a foundation for the development of community nursing teaching reform in the future.
