摘要
目的:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,应用虚拟仿真技术辅助临床技能操作线上教学,以提升教学效果。方法:制定"理论讲解操作重点+虚拟仿真平台辅助教学+课堂互动练习"的教学方案,选取2018级临床医学专业(专科)全体学生为研究对象,以社区适宜技能课程为研究课程,在实施一月后对学生进行问卷调查,用返校后的OSCE(客观结构化临床技能考试)成绩来评价教学效果。结果:91.72%的学生认为虚拟仿真实验的优势在于教学不受时间空间限制,75.16%的学生认为其劣势在于不利于动手能力和观察能力的培养。OSCE成绩与上届学生相比无差异。结论:虚拟仿真技术作为临床技能操作的辅助教学工具,在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的线上教学中显示出较好的教学效果,值得推广。
[Objective]To apply virtual simulation technology to supplement online teaching of clinical skills during the COVID-19 epidemic to enhance teaching effectiveness.[Method]We have developed a teaching plan of"key points+virtual simulation platform-assisted teaching+interactive exercises".All students of 2018 grade clinical medicine(junior college)students were selected as the experimental subjects,and the Community-based clinical appropriate technology courses were taken as the experimental courses.Questionnaires were administered to students one month after implementation.The results of the OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Skills Examination)conducted after returning to school were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching.[Result]91.72%of the students believed that the advantage of virtual simulation experiments was that teaching was not limited by time and space,75.16%of the students believed that the disadvantage was that they were not conducive to the development of hands-on and observation skills.There were no significant differences in OSCE scores compared to the previous cohort.[Conclusion]Virtual simulation technology as a teaching aid for clinical skills showed good online teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic.The virtual simulation technology is worth promoting.
