摘要
数字经济时代,平台型物流企业作为物流领域价值创造的新组织形式,成为了当前物流产业转型升级的重要方向,并在我国现代化进程中发挥出越来越重要的建设性作用。然而,平台型物流企业在发展过程中并未达到预期效果,价值创造活动面临的诸多问题尚未得到解决,商业模式亟待优化。文章剖析了目前平台型物流企业的商业模式,得出了企业商业模式存在信息数量不足和质量难以辨识等的结论,最后提出了平台型物流企业商业模式的创新机制。
In the era of digital economy,as a new organizational form of value creation in the field of logistics,platform-based logistics enterprises have become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the current logistics industry,and have played an increasingly important and constructive role in China's modernization process.However,the platformbased logistics enterprises have not achieved the expected results in the development process,and many problems faced by value creation activities have not been solved,and the business model needs to be optimized.This paper analyzes the current business model of platform-based logistics enterprises,and draws the conclusion that the business model of the enterprises has insufficient information and difficult identification of quality.Finally,it puts forward the innovation mechanism of the business model of platform-based logistics enterprises.
