摘要
藻蛋白和多肽具有多种药理作用,在化妆品、保健品和医药领域应用广泛。了解藻蛋白和多肽的作用机制对其在各领域中的产品研发有着重要的意义。综述了近年来具有不同生物活性的藻蛋白和多肽的研究成果,以期为藻蛋白和多肽的进一步开发及应用提供科学参考。
Algal protein and peptides have a lot of pharmacological effects,which are widely used in cosmetics,nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals.The mechanism of algal proteins and peptides is important for some products development in various fields.The study mainly reviews the researches on algal proteins and peptides with different biological activities in recent years,so as to provide scientific reference for further development and application of algal proteins and peptides.
