摘要
念珠藻广泛分布于全球七大洲的陆生和水生生态系统中,其中药食同源的普通念珠藻、发状念珠藻和拟球状念珠藻不仅具有食用和保健价值,尤其在医药领域具有独特的作用,还具有重要的生态学意义.文章将综述近年来这三种念珠藻及念珠藻源生物活性成分的作用、影响念珠藻生长的重要因素,为念珠藻的保护和合理利用提供理论指导.
Nostoc is widely distributed in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems on seven continents around the world.The Nostoc commune,Nostoc flagelliforme and Nostoc sphaeroides,which are medicinal and edible Nostoc species,have not only edible and health-care value,but have unique role in the field of medicine and have important ecological significance.In this paper,the three species of Nostoc,the effects of bioactive components and the important factors affecting the growth of the three Nostoc species are summarized in order to provide theoretical guidance for the protection and reasonable utilization of Nostoc.
