摘要
目前地基模拟空间飞行破片试验是空间碎片测试非常重要的一个手段,地基模拟空间碎片飞行参数测试方法是地基模拟空间碎片参数测试的一个重要技术支撑。针对毫米级地基模拟空间碎片测试难题,提出了一种测速精度高、可靠性好、可视化测试结果且成本较低的测试方法。通过地基模拟空间碎片飞行试验,实现了对速度4000 m/s、径向尺寸2 mm碎片影像冻结,相机距离破片飞行弹道垂直距离为400 mm,拍摄视场为600 mm×400 mm。在一幅图像上获得了碎片2个瞬时运动影像,直观反映了碎片的形貌特征,并对模拟空间碎片飞行参数进行了计算,并通过对比试验与该测试方法测试结果进行对比,证明该测试方法可以作为地基模拟空间碎片飞行试验的测试手段。
At present,a flight fragmentation test of ground-based simulation space is a very important means of space debris testing.The test method of flight parameters of ground-based simulation space debris is an important technical support for the test of parameters of ground-based simulation space debris.In view of the testing of space debris simulated on a millimeter-level ground,this paper proposes a method with high accuracy of speed measurement,good reliability,visual test results and low cost.Through the flight test of ground-based simulated space debris,the images of debris with a velocity of 4000 m/s and a radial size of 2 mm are frozen.The vertical distance of the camera from the fragment flight trajectory is 400 mm,and the shooting field of view has an area of 600 mm×400 mm.Two instantaneous images of debris motion are obtained on one image,which directly reflects the morphological characteristics of the debris.The flight parameters of the simulated space debris are calculated,and the contrast test results are compared with those of this test method.It proves that this method can be used in flight tests of ground-based simulated space debris.
