社区教育融入社区治理:邻里关系的再造——基于浙江省温州市的个案研究 被引量:1

摘要 社区邻里关系随着社区变迁而破碎,社区居民无法通过自组织方式实现现代化的公序良俗。通过考察浙江省温州市4个居民社区,以社区教育和邻里关系为分析维度,分析社区教育实现邻里关系再造的方式,包括营造友好型社区公共空间、创造社会交往空间和契机、丰富社区学习的供给力度和吸纳社区居民共同参与等,并得出以下经验启示:社区教育能够激发居民之间的人格化社会交往,促成社区邻里关系再造;邻里关系再造要兼顾公共利益最大化与个体选择的自由;成功的邻里关系再造需要激活社区居民行动的集体性动机和社会性动机。 With the changes of community,the neighborhood relationship of community has been broken and community residents cannot realize the modern public order and good customs through self-organization.By investigating four residential communities in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province,this study takes community education and neighborhood relations as the analytical dimensions and analyzes the rebuilding of neighborhood relations by way of community education,including building friendly community public space,creating social interaction space and opportunities,enriching the supply of community learning and attracting community residents to participate in it.It draws the following experiences and inspirations.Community education could stimulate the personified social communication among residents and promote the reconstruction of neighborhood relations.The reconstruction of neighborhood relationship should reconcile the maximization of public interest and the freedom of individual choice.The successful reconstruction of neighborhood relationship needs to activate the collective and social motive of community residents’actions.
