摘要
复发性阿弗他溃疡是一种反复发作的口腔黏膜溃疡,发病机制较为复杂,受多种危险因素的影响,因为其发病机制尚不明确,所以尚无根治的特效疗法,仍是以对症治疗为主,西医治疗作用明确,使用方便,患者易于接受,但不良反应较大;中医药在缓解溃疡疼痛、减少复发频率等方面有显著优势,绝大多数患者达到临床症状缓解,部分患者半年随访中表示未再复发。将复发性阿弗他溃疡辨证分型为胃火上炎证、心脾积热证、脾虚湿困、阴虚火旺证、心脾两虚证,分型论治,临床收获良效。
Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a recurrent oral mucosal ulcer.The pathogenesis is complicated and affected by a variety of risk factors.Because its pathogenesis is not clear,there is no specific treatment.Western medicine shows clear therapeutic effects,with easy application and easily accepted by patients,but shows relatively large adverse reactions.TCM medicine shows significant advantages in relieving ulcer pain and reducing recurrence frequency.Most patients achieve clinical symptom relief,and some patients did not recurrence during the follow-up for half a year.In this article,syndrome types of recurrent aphthous ulcer are classified into the syndrome of stomach inflammation,syndrome of accumulation of heat in the heart and spleen,dampness of spleen deficiency,syndrome of hyperactivity of Yin(阴)and fire,and deficiency of heart and spleen.The clinical effects are good.
