摘要
目的:观察自制药物卫生巾护理和治疗肛周湿疹的疗效。方法:将2020年6月至2021年6月,本院114例肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各57例。观察组采用自制药物卫生巾覆盖病损部位,对照组局部采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏涂敷。观察比较2组疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗后2组总有效率均为100.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。停药后观察组复发2例(3.5%),对照组复发14例(24.6%),观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自制药物卫生巾护理和治疗肛周湿疹,具有物理和化学的双重治疗作用,能使患者肛周皮肤长时间保持干燥,明显缩小湿疹的皮损面积,改善瘙痒及潮湿症状,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-developed medicated feminine napkin for nursing treating perianal eczema(PAE). Methods Randomly divided the 114 PAE patients treated in author's hospital(2020-06-2021-06) into observation group(57 cases, by using self-developed medicated feminine napkin to cover lesion site) and control group(57 cases, instead of Azmacort-yikangzuo cream to paint dressing);then, compared both groups' effect and recurrence status. Results In total effective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(100% vs 100%,P>0.05);after withdrawal the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group [2(3.5%) vs 14(24.6%),P<0.05]. Conclusion In nursing treating PAE the feminine napkin has curative roles both physical and chemical, can make perianal skin keeping dry for long time, significantly reduce skin injured due to PAE,improve symptoms such as titillation and moisture, and has low recurrence rate, thus is to be popularized to use clinically.
