摘要
肛周湿疹是肛肠科常见疾病,具有瘙痒难忍、潮湿渗液、难以根治的临床特点。此病可发生于任何年龄阶段,性别差异不明显,不具有传染性。此病急性期容易治愈,但是慢性期具有反复发作、缠绵不愈的特点,并继发严重感染,影响着患者的身心健康和生活质量。此文将从中医疗法、西医疗法、中西医结合疗法3个角度对肛周湿疹的临床诊疗进展进行概述。
Perianal eczema is a common disease in proctology, with unbearable itching, moist exudation, difficult to cure the clinical characteristics. This disease can occur at any age stage, gender difference is not obvious, do not have infectivity. The acute phase of the disease is easy to cure, but the chronic phase has the characteristics of repeated attacks, lingering, and secondary serious infection, affecting the patient’s physical and mental health and quality of life. This article will summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment progress of perianal eczema from three angles: traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
