摘要
文章提出采用基于IEC 61373的转向架上附属装置安装支架强度评估方法,并以一种机车过分相装置支架为例介绍了该方法的应用;对支架进行响应谱分析,累积疲劳损伤计算,并基于分析结果进行结构优化。评估结果表明,优化后的支架1阶模态频率明显提高,其疲劳寿命满足IEC 61373的长寿命设计要求。
This paper proposes a strength evaluation method for the installation bracket of auxiliary devices on bogies based on IEC 61373,and presents the application of this method taking a bracket for locomotive neutral-section passing device as an example.By conducting response spectrum analysis on the bracket and calculating cumulative fatigue damage,the structure is optimized based on the analysis results.The evaluation results show that the first-order modal frequency of the optimized bracket is significantly increased,and its fatigue life meets the long-life design requirements of IEC 61373.
