摘要
职业教育评价存在评价主体及评价内容的片面化、教学关系割裂的现象,以及评价标准模糊不清等问题。为此,提出了在评价中结合信息技术手段实现动态多维度评价方法,设置分层指标,对非技术能力部分的评价进一步优化以及利用TQM对质量评价自查自省,实现即查即馈的策略。
Vocational education evaluation has some problems such as the fragmentation of the evaluation subject and content,the separation of teaching relations,and the vagueness of evaluation standards.Therefore,this paper proposes a strategy of combining information technology means to achieve dynamic multi-dimensional evaluation,setting hierarchical indicators,further optimizing the evaluation of non-technical ability parts,and using TQM to self-examine and introspect the quality evaluation to realize the strategy of instant feedback.
