摘要
文章采用远红外吸收剂对牛仔面料进行保暖涂层整理,通过单因素试验分析远红外吸收剂浓度、交联剂浓度和烘焙温度对保暖整理效果的影响,结果表明:结合生产效率和成本,最佳的涂层工艺为远红外吸收剂浓度为35 g/L,弹性剂浓度为15 g/L,烘焙温度为170℃。
In this paper,far-infrared absorbent was used to conduct thermal insulation coating on denim fabrics,and the effects of far-infrared absorbent concentration,crosslinking agent concentration,and baking temperature on the thermal insulation finishing effect were analyzed through single factor experiments.The results show that,considering production efficiency and cost,the optimal coating process is far-infrared absorbent concentration of 35 g/L,elastic agent concentration of 15 g/L,and baking temperature of 170℃.
