在以SMT技术为特色的电子装联技术及其应用领域中,对标准手册、合格产品目录、工业规范以及若干国际军用标准进行类比,可以发现适用于大国重器、军事领域以及航空航天领域里的技术标准和工艺规范,与应用于消费类电子产品、工业自动化以及电信类电子产品的技术标准和工艺规范有很大的区别。
In the SMT technology features electronic mounting technology and its application fi elds,the paper makes analogies,qualified product catalogs,industrial specifications military standards,and applies to technical standards and process specifi cations of major power equipment,military fi elds.It is very different from the technical standards and process specifications applied to consumer electronics,industrial automation,and telecommunications electronics.
