摘要
论述了带钢热浸镀和热处理技术及设备的发展历程和发展趋势。带钢连续热镀层产品发展历程可以划分为:以锌或铝为主的“一元金属”时代、镀“锌+铝”系列合金的“二元合金”时代和镀“锌+铝+镁”系列合金的“三元合金”时代。带钢热处理产品分为:软钢、传统高强钢、第一代超高强钢、第二代超高强钢和第三代超高强钢。相应地,汽车板生产设备也可划分为生产软钢和传统高强钢的第一阶段设备、生产第一代超高强钢的第二阶段设备,今后将进入生产第三代高强钢的第三阶段设备。
The development history and trend of hot dip plating and heat treatment technology and equipment for strip steel are discussed.The development process of continuous hot coating products of strip can be divided into three periods:the era of “unitary metal” dominated by zinc or aluminum,the era of “binary alloy” of plating “zinc + aluminum” series alloy and the “ternary alloy” era of plating “zinc + aluminum + magnesium” series alloy.The heat treatment products of strip steel are divided into mild steel,traditional high strength steel,the first generation ultra high strength steel,the second generation ultra high strength steel and the third generation ultra high strength steel.Accordingly,the automobile plate production equipment can also be divided into the first stage equipment for the production of mild steel and traditional high strength steel,and the second stage equipment for the production of the first generation ultra-high strength steel,which will enter the third stage equipment for the production of the third generation high strength steel in the future.
