摘要
针对某厂DP钢生产过程中退火炉快冷段常出现炉内带钢划伤和瓢曲缺陷的问题,通过生产试验和理论分析,认为带钢张力低,绷紧程度不足,带钢垂直长度方向有可供抖动产生的带钢余量;风机开口度大,气流对带钢冲击激烈,以及稳定辊的位置精度、涂层状态、转速精度是造成带钢划伤缺陷的主要原因;钢种过渡时带钢升温温度不同,使炉辊凸度增加是带钢产生瓢曲缺陷的主要原因。据此,对工艺、设备、管理制度等进行了优化,有效解决了退火过程中快冷段经常出现的划伤和瓢曲问题。
In view of the scratch defect and buckle defect of strip often appeared in the rapid cooling section of the annealing furnace,through production tests and theoretical analysis,it found that the strip tension was low,and there is a strip allowance in the vertical length for the jittering,the fan opening is large,the air flow has a strong impact on the strip,and the position accuracy,coating state and speed of the stable roll were the main causes of strip scratch defect.The temperature of the strip is different during the transition of the steels,and the increase in the crown of the furnace roll is the main cause of the buckle defect of the strip.To this end,the process,equipment,management schemes,etc.were optimized to effectively solve the problems of scratch and buckle defects that often occur in the rapid cooling section of the annealing process.
