摘要
为了改良建筑施工用材的力学性能,研究了桉树皮灰(A)改性剂酚醛胶粘剂和硅烷偶联剂改性桉树皮灰(CA)酚醛胶粘剂试样的物相组织和热力学性能。结果表明,改性剂A、CA都主要含有Ca(SO_(4))(H_(2)O)_(2)、SiO_(2)、CaCO_(3)、KCl、Fe_(2)(SiO_(4))和Mg_(2)(SiO_(4))相,经过偶联处理后的CA改性剂的物相组成不会发生改变。改性剂A和改性剂CA的pH值相同,但CA的水溶物含量和醇含量明显低于改性剂A。在相同改性剂占比条件下,改性剂CA试样的干胶合强度和湿胶合强度都高于改性剂A试样。改性剂CA对酚醛胶粘剂的改性效果更好,且适宜的CA占比为15%,此时胶粘剂试样具有良好的干胶合强度和湿胶合强度。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of building construction materials,the phase structure and thermodynamic properties of samples of Eucalyptus peel ash(A)modifier phenolic adhesive and silane coupling agent modified Eucalyptus peel ash(CA)phenolic adhesive were studied.The results show that both A and CA modifiers mainly contain Ca(SO_(4))(H_(2)O)_(2),SiO_(2),CaCO_(3),KCl,Fe_(2)(SiO_(4))and Mg_(2)(SiO_(4))phases,and the phase composition of CA modifiers will not change after coupling treatment.The pH values of modifier A and modifier CA are the same,but the water-soluble content and alcohol content of CA are significantly lower than that of modifier A.Under the same modifier ratio,the dry and wet bonding strength of CA modified adhesive samples are higher than that of A modified adhesive samples.The modification effect of CA modifier on phenolic adhesive is better,and the appropriate proportion of CA is 15%.At this time,the adhesive sample has good dry bonding strength and wet bonding strength.
