摘要
含氟污泥配料生产的水泥在使用过程中会出现凝结时间延长的情况,在预分解窑上的使用案例和相关试验研究结果表明,通过在水泥熟料生产过程中适当调整熟料三率值和含氟污泥掺加量,合理控制生料中Fe_(2)O_(3)、F^(-)和CaSO_(4)含量,控制熟料矿物组成,可有效改善熟料凝结时间。若将含氟污泥稳定用于水泥窑协同处置生产水泥熟料,按照当前水泥实际产能计算,每年可处置约0.72亿吨含氟污泥,节能减排效果显著。
The setting time of the cement produced by the proportioning of fluoride containing sludge will be prolonged in the use process.The use case and relevant test results in the precalciner kiln show that the setting time of the clinker can be effectively improved by properly adjusting the three ratio value of clinker and the amount of fluoride containing sludge in the production process of clinker,reasonably controlling the content of Fe_2O_3,F~- and CaSO_4 in the raw meal,and controlling the mineral composition of the clinker.If fluoride sludge is stably used in cement kiln for collaborative disposal and production of clinker,about 72 million tons of fluoride sludge can be disposed annually according to the current actual cement production capacity,with significant energy saving and emission reduction effect.
