摘要
通过对不同氟化企业含氟污泥的理化特性分析,得出污泥中都有较高含量的CaF2(干污泥的60%以上),如果直接填埋,不但是一种资源的浪费,更易造成环境的二次污染。并通过试验研究提出了三种可资源化利用途径:一是集中污泥进行浮选富集,回用于氟化工生产;二是作为助剂直接应用于硅酸盐工业;三是作为降熔点剂应用于钢铁生产工业。
Through analyzing the features of mud with fluorine from different enterprises, there arises a conclusion that the mud is rich in high CaF2 (more than 60% in dried mud). If directly filled in land, the mud with fluorine may lead to secondary pollution of the environment as well as be a waste of re- source. In this paper, ,two ways of its recycling treatment are proposed. First, the mud with fluorine can be used in chemical production through flotation collecting; Secondly, to apply it to cement industry as auxiliary; Thirdly, to steel production industry as melting point drop.
