摘要
近年来,数字治理的理念已植根于城市的转型与改造之中。介绍了智慧城市道路建运技术,一方面,结合多类感知设备和边缘计算终端,通过多元道路及交通信息,对交通态势、交通规律进行多维分析,再搭配通信设施及云平台,提出了“车路人云”协同的交通网联体系;另一方面,基于数字孪生技术建设智慧道路运管平台,量化整合道路以及相关功能设施的多元数据,并对数据进行深度挖掘,在数字层构建数据驱动的道路全生命周期预测模型,不仅提升了道路管养效率,而且全面实现了道路健康状况的定量把控。上述技术已应用于上海市嘉定区白银路全要素整治工程,取得了良好成效。
In recent years,the concept of digital governance has been rooted in the transformation and cities renovation.The technology of smart city road construction and transportation is introduced.On the one hand,combining multiple types of sensing devices and edge computing terminals,multi-dimensional analysis of traffic situation and traffic law is carried out through multiple roads and traffic information,and communication facilities and cloud platform are collocated to propose a traffic network system of"vehicle,road,man and cloud"cooperation;On the other hand,building a smart road operation and management platform based on digital twin technology,quantifying and integrating multiple data of roads and related functional facilities,and deeply mining the data,constructing a data-driven road life cycle prediction model in the digital layer,not only improves road management efficiency,but also comprehensively realizes quantitative control of road health status.The above technology has been applied to the comprehensive renovation project of Baiyin Road in Jiading District,Shanghai,and has achieved good results.
