摘要
随着城市的快速发展,传统城市道路建设模式的弊端日益凸显。传统城市道路设备布设凌乱,路面重复开挖,建设与运维成本高;智慧化建设缺乏统一部署,数据难以融合并发挥出更大的价值,导致道路管理措施单一;目前道路总体智能化水平不足,难以服务智能网联场景下的车路协同交互。在新基建国家战略背景下,以数字赋能道路建设已成为大势所趋。现深入探索涵盖路段、路口、路面的全空间智慧道路集成化体系研究,依托数字新基建,以数据与计算为新动能,面向智慧道路的全生命周期——“规划、建设、管理、养护、运营、应用、服务”,打造由硬件定义的软件,集约化整合道路上的人、车、事、物、情数据,同时连接各垂直领域的业务系统,实现数据共享及业务的双向联动,助力城市道路空间治理的效能提升及市政道路“一网统管”业务的流程再造,优化市民的出行体验和获得感,达到共建、共享、共治的城市治理目标。
With the rapid development of cities,the drawbacks of the traditional urban road construction model have become increasingly prominent.Traditional urban road equipment is arranged in a mess,the road surface is repeatedly excavated,and the construction and operation and maintenance costs are high;the intelligent construction lacks unified deployment,and the data is difficult to integrate,resulting in a single road management measure;the lack of intelligence level makes it difficult to serve vehicles and roads in autonomous driving scenarios.In the context of the national strategy for new infrastructure construction,it has become the general trend to empower road construction with digital.This paper in-depth explores the research on the key technologies of all-space smart roads covering road sections,intersections and pavements.Relying on new digital infrastructure,using data and computing as new driving forces,facing the full life cycle of smart roads-"planning,construction,management,maintenance,operation,application,service",creating hardware-defined software,intensive integration on the road with the data of people,vehicles,things,things,and emotions is connected to various vertical systems at the same time to realize data sharing and two-way business linkage,help urban road space governance efficiency improvement and business process reengineering,optimize citizen travel experience and sense of gain,and achieve coconstruction,sharing and co-governance.
