酸轧带钢表面短线划伤原因分析及改善

摘要 针对酸轧冷硬带钢表面短线划伤问题,利用扫描电镜和三维形貌仪研究了带钢表面短线划伤缺陷的产生原因。通过优化轧辊磨削砂轮材质,由树脂砂轮调整为陶瓷砂轮,开发高均匀性轧辊磨削制备技术,增加磨削液外置过滤器,优化乳化液部分参数的措施,有效避免带钢表面短线划伤缺陷的产生,提高了产品质量。 In order to solve the problem of short line scratch on acid-rolled cold-hardened strip surface,the causes of short line scratch on strip surface were studied by means of scanning electron microscope and 3D morphometer.By optimizing the material of roller grinding wheel,adjusting the resin grinding wheel to ceramic grinding wheel,developing the high uniformity of roller grinding preparation technology,adding the external filter of grinding fluid,optimizing some parameters of emulsion fluid,the short line scratch defect on the strip surface is effectively avoided,and the product quality is improved.
