摘要
在2035年全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展的远景目标下,促进中等收入群体提质扩容已进入新阶段。有效提升职业代际流动性,是开发与积累人力资本、解放并发展生产力、在高质量发展中促进共同富裕的重要实现途径。通过引入演化博弈思想,构建来自不同群体的子代职业选择博弈模型,利用不同社会规范来协调参与人行为选择,能够根据演化稳定策略揭示职业代际流动全过程。从社会关系网络出发,会发现不同家庭子代对资源的搜索、组织和使用存在群体差异,缺乏代际流动性的社会容易导致阶层分割,资源难以整合,阻碍中等收入群体的提质扩容。进一步深化社会融合与职业代际流动协同作用的研究,可以在代际间的动态循环过程中制定更有针对性的措施,让被排斥但具备条件的劣势群体获得必要的职业发展机会和资源,从而避免贫富分化和社会区隔,建立流动性高且融合度高的社会,更高质量地扩大中等收入群体,为实现共同富裕提供有力支撑。
Under the long-range goal of achieving more visible and substantial progress toward common prosperity for all by 2035,we have entered a new stage in improving the quality and capacity of middle⁃income group.Effectively im⁃proving intergenerational mobility is an important way to develop and accumulate human capital,liberate and de⁃velop productive forces,and promote common prosperity through high⁃quality development.By introducing the idea of evolutionary game,the game model of offspring career selection from different groups is constructed,and different social norms are used to coordinate the behavior selection of participants,which can reveal the whole process of in⁃tergenerational occupational mobility according to evolutionary stability strategy.From the perspective of social rela⁃tionship network,it can be found that there are group differences in the search,organization and use of resources by children of different families.The lack of intergenerational mobility in the society is easy to lead to class segmenta⁃tion,resource integration is difficult,and the improvement and expansion of middle-income group are hindered.To further deepen the research on the synergistic effect of social integration and intergenerational mobility,more tar⁃geted measures can be formulated in the dynamic intergenerational cycle process,so that the excluded but qualified disadvantaged groups can obtain the necessary career development opportunities and resources.In this way,we can avoid the polarization of the rich and the poor and social segregation,build a society with high mobility and integra⁃tion,expand the middle-income group with higher quality,and provide strong support for the realization of common prosperity.
