运用育阴法辨治多系统萎缩 被引量:3

Treating Multiple System Atrophy by Applying the“Nurturing Yin”Method

摘要 认为阴虚是多系统萎缩的关键病机,病变脏腑涉及肝、肾、心、脾,久积痰瘀是其病情进展的重要因素。提出以育阴法为基本治则进行辨证论治,髓海亏虚证,治以补肾益精、养阴封髓,自拟封髓丹加味;阴血不足证,治以养血充脉、滋阴舒筋,自拟养血舒筋汤;心肾阴虚证,治以滋肾潜阳、育阴降火,常用引火汤加减;阴虚风动证,治以敛肝滋肾、滋阴熄风,常用三才封髓丹加减;阴阳俱虚证,治以阴阳双补、化痰逐瘀,常用地黄饮子加减。 It is believed that yin deficiency is the key pathogenesis of multiple system atrophy(MSA),and the heart,spleen,liver and kidney are involved.Long-term accumulation of phlegm and stasis features the progression of the disease.Nurturing yin is proposed as the basic principle,and different syndromes should be differentiated for treatment.In terms of marrow sea depletion syndrome,the method of supplementing kidney and boosting essence,nourishing yin and storing marrow should be used,and self-made Supplemented Fengsui Elixir(封髓丹加味)is recommended.For yin blood insufficiency syndrome,it is advised to nourish blood and fill vessels,enrich yin and relax the sinews,with self-made Yangxue Shujin Decoction(养血舒筋汤).For heart-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,it is suggested to enrich yin and subdue yang,nurture yin and subdue fire,commonly with Modified Yinhuo Deoction(引火汤加减).In terms of stirring of wind due to yin deficiency syndrome,the method of astringing liver and nourishing the kidney,nourishing yin and extinguishing wind is recommended,and Modified Sancai Fengsui Elixir(三才封髓丹加减)is commonly used.If there is both yin and yang deficiency,it is better to supplement both yin and yang,and dissolve phlegm and expel stasis,commonly using Modified Dihuang Drink(地黄饮子加减).
