摘要
运动神经元病是一种难治性进展性疾病,病程长,预后差。张红珍教授认为其属于中医“痿证”“喑痱”范畴,以阳虚为主要病因,涉及肝脾肾三脏,治疗时应审证求因,辨证论治,可选用附子汤加减以温补脾肾、助阳化痰。本文收录了张红珍教授运用附子汤加减治疗运动神经元病验案1则,以期为中医治疗运动神经元病提供诊疗思路。
t Motor neuron disease is a refractory progressive disease with a long course and poor prognosis.Professor Zhang Hongzhen believes that it belongs to the category of"atrophy-flaccidity syndrome"and"aphasia and paralysis"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with yang deficiency as the main pathogenesis,and it involves the liver,spleen,and kidney.During the treatment,syndromes should be examined to find the cause,and treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation.Modified Fuzi Decoction can be used to warm and invigorate the spleen and kidney and facilitate the yang to resolve phlegm.This study included one case of motor neuron disease treated by Professor Zhang Hongzhen with modified Fuzi Decoction,in order to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for TCM treatment of motor neuron disease.
